To send a promotional email to specific membership members or users from a specific country, log in to your account and go to Mailer > Send Email.
On the Send Email page, you will see filter options such as User Membership Filter and User Country Filter. You can use these filters to choose the membership level or country you want to target.
After applying your selected filter, complete your email subject, message, link, and other required details, then send your promotional email.
